We have a dedicated team that specializes in both design and installation. Deneane, our experienced horticulturist, handles most initial assessments. Gary, our founder, leads the design process with custom renderings, and Pete, our Director of Field Operations, ensures every installation is executed with care and precision.

Our Process

We visit your property to take measurements, understand the layout, and talk through your vision—ideally in person, or via phone/video if needed.

We’ll share a rough draft of the design and repeat back what we heard, making sure we’re aligned. You’ll also receive a ballpark estimate to help guide any early adjustments.

Once we’ve refined the plan, we’ll deliver your first complete design and quote—ideally meeting in person to walk through the details together.

Need a tweak or two? One revision is included in your design fee, and we’re happy to fine-tune things to make it just right.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign off on the final design and quote and submit a 20% deposit to secure your spot.

We order your materials, schedule your project, and hand everything off to Pete—our Director of Field Operations—who brings your design to life with precision and care.

The day before (or the morning of) installation, your designer and Pete will walk the property together to confirm every detail.

Some projects take a day, others up to a week and a half—we’ll always keep you informed with a clear timeline and expected completion date.

On the last morning, we’ll walk the space with you, review everything together, and take care of any final touches the same day.

Once your project is complete, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining 80%.
The timeline from initial assessment to final design is usually two weeks. The timeline from final approved design and quote to project completion is usually two weeks but always less than 45 days.
You could have a whole new yard next month!
Price Range for Design Rendering
Design fees start at $500 and could increase to about $6,000 based on your project. Project installation quotes are included in this design fee and will vary.
Price Range for Installation
Price is highly dependant on the materials needed and your current yard’s condition, but here are a few examples:
Long Garden Bed
Create one garden bed with around 22 by 6 feet in front of a home. Including around 10 plants, and a ground cover. This plan had a design fee of $560 and cost $6,843 to implement.
Full back yard landscaping
Including 120 linear feet of garden bed with drip irrigation and a tropical vibe. This design fee was $1920 and the Installation was $20,820.
Waterfall pond
This is one of our specialities and ranges between $10,000 and $35,000 depending on the size and complexity. Design for these costs between $1,000 and $4,000.
Installing a french drain and splash zone
In a small backyard. $2,780 - design fee $500
Installing a flagstone paver walkway and extending a planter bed
$3,800 and design fee $500.
Planning a small garden bed on either side of a front door
about 125 square feet of bed that already includes several shrubs. $500 design fee and $1,980 install.
Pet Friendly Artificial Turf for a small yard
330 Square feet of pet artificial turf and some adjusting of garden beds came out to $11,200 with a design fee of $650.
